How it works
1. Sign up for one of our fulfillment plans listed below.
2. You will receive an email with your delivered CUSTOM1 Account Manager and a link to order blank clothing at discounted prices.
3. We store everything in our printing and distribution center in Küssnacht, SZ.
4. Email us your designs or upload them directly through your portal to receive pricing and proofs.
5. Start selling online and forward all orders to us, we will then print, pack and ship directly to your customers.
The printing and shipping costs will only be charged to you after you have already been paid by your customers!
VERSAND
Alle Bestellungen werden per Standard 2-Tag Versand mit der Post verschickt. Wir verwenden Versandkartons und Klebeband ohne Markenzeichen. Die Versandkosten in der Schweiz betragen je nach Gewicht zwischen 10 und 14 CHF, einschließlich aller Verpackungsmaterialien.
Du kannst uns auch alle Branding-Materialien schicken, die wir jeder Bestellung beilegen sollen.
Ein internationaler Versand ist ebenfalls möglich und die Preise können per E-Mail angefragt werden.
Lager Bestand
Nachdem du dich für einen Fulfillment-Plan angemeldet hast, erhältst du einen Link zu deinem Lagerbestands, die in Echtzeit aktualisiert werden, sodass du immer weißt, wie viel von jedem Artikel du noch auf Lager hast.
Du kannst jederzeit Artikel nachbestellen, indem du eine neue Sammelbestellung per E-Mail an uns sendest.

Buy unprinted items from CUSTOM1 using one of our accepted payment methods. (Twint, PayPal, CC, and request payment by invoice)
Every time you want to have a shirt printed, your saved payment method will be charged for the printing costs + shipping costs.
Your fulfillment plan will automatically renew every 3 months unless you cancel it.
Die Mindestvertragslaufzeit beträgt 3 Monate, danach beträgt die Kündigungsfrist 30 Tage im Voraus.
