Each item that you order from CUSTOM1 is printed for you by hand (print-on-demand). We cannot simply return exchanged goods to the warehouse and resell them. But we still want to make sure that you are 100% satisfied with your order. That's why you can still rely on our 14-day return policy.

Simply return your product within 14 days of the date of purchase. If it doesn't fit or you don't like it, just send it back. We offer you the following return options:

• Exchange for a new product

• Exchange for a voucher of the same value. Can be redeemed for your next order

From an order value of CHF50, CUSTOM1 assumes the return costs. You're welcome contact always our team before you send anything back. In many cases we find a solution that avoids sending packages back and forth unnecessarily.

Every item you order from us is unique. Nevertheless, returns and returned goods do not end up in the garbage with us.

Donation: CUSTOM1 works with global charities and donates new returned merchandise to families in need.

Recycling and further processing: What the law doesn't allow us to donate (including personal designs or company logos) we give to a recycling company.
